As part of the SAP Renewals Operations Business Support Internship for the 2023 intake, the selected candidate will have a valuable opportunity to make a meaningful impact while acquiring new skills and practical experience through close collaboration with colleagues.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Customer Engagement and Value Generating business partners within SAP Cloud Success Services.
- Assist in the renewals forecasting process, including tracking business volume and partner-led opportunities.
- Provide support to CSS leadership as needed, ensuring follow-through on opportunities with CSS.
- Update and manage renewals forecasting files accurately and efficiently.
- Contribute fresh ideas to streamline the renewals forecast process and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster strong working relationships with CSS business partners to monitor progress of various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
